تمر الثمار بمراحل دقيقة تشمل الغسيل المحكم، التقشير، التقطيع، ثم التجميد السريع للحفاظ على الجودة والطعم.
يتم بعد ذلك الفرز، التعبئة، والتغليف حسب المواصفات المطلوبة.
